DeltaRail is pleased to announce the introduction of its new UK Customer Service Desk. The DeltaRail Customer Service Desk provides one point of contact for all of your support enquiries.

Email notification of incident receipt and resolution will be provided. Each service request will be assigned a unique reference that can be used to track status.
Our Service Desk is operated by DeltaRail Staff in the UK. Standard opening hours are 0900 to 1700 (UK Monday to Friday), excluding English Bank Holidays and the DeltaRail Christmas shutdown.
DeltaRail is committed to providing an excellent level of service to its clients. Please be assured that the same level of expert VAMPIRE support as before will continue to be available via the new point of contact.
